Welcome to Guessong. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Subscription Terms

Photo Avatar

A one-time purchase lets you use your own photo as your avatar. If the purchase is refunded, the photo is removed and the unlock ends. We may also remove a photo that breaks the community rules in section 9.

You can earn diamonds through:

The daily chest and the Daily Wheel give a random reward. You get one free Wheel spin a day once you have played, two if you subscribe. The odds of every Wheel prize are shown in the app before you spin, and neither the chest nor the Wheel can be bought with real money.

When someone enters your invite code within 7 days of signing up and then finishes five games, you each receive 100 diamonds. A referral is paid once per device, and for up to 10 invited friends a week.

Your first paid monthly subscription comes with 200 bonus diamonds and your first paid yearly subscription with 1,000, once each. The weekly plan does not include them, and a free trial earns them only once it turns into a paid subscription. If that subscription is refunded, the bonus diamonds are taken back, as far as they are still in your balance.

Using Diamonds

Diamonds are spent on hints during gameplay, on the entry fee for events that charge one, on a streak freeze, on lives and furniture in Story mode, and on duel stakes. Hint costs:

The Community tab lets you write posts and comments that everyone using Guessong can read. What you post is public and is shown with your username and avatar.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post anything, in the Community tab or in a room's chat, that is:

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to display it in the app and to store it for as long as it remains posted.

Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

To report a message sent in a multiplayer room's chat, contact us at the address above or through the Contact screen in the app. We may remove room messages and restrict accounts that break these rules.

We may remove content or restrict an account without notice where the content is unlawful or presents a risk to other players. We are not obliged to keep anything you post, and we may remove it at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Content and Services

Guessong uses music content provided by Apple Music and Deezer APIs. The music, song titles, artist names, and album artwork are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

Account Deletion by User

You may delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Account actions → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data, including diamonds, progress, statistics and the purchase and subscription records we hold, will be permanently deleted. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google, and by our payment processor RevenueCat, under their own policies; we keep no copy after your account is deleted. Technical server logs that may briefly contain your IP address are rotated automatically. Technical sign-in diagnostics that hold only a former account ID, with no name or email, may be kept to investigate login problems. If an account was banned for breaking the rules, we keep the sign-in identifiers needed to stop it being re-created.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live and may bring claims in your local courts or consumer bodies. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts, depending on the amount in dispute.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Service Provider and Contact

Guessong is developed and run by Muharrem Bektaş Çimen, and these terms govern your use of it.

Subscriptions and diamond purchases are sold under their own terms by the store you installed the app from, through that developer account, and are managed and refunded through your account with that store rather than by us.
